RETURNS
  • Returns are accepted for defective items only. They must be returned within 15 days of the date of receipt and in original, unused condition.

  • You MUST contact us prior to sending back your item. To obtain your RA number, please email us or call 603-357-0397.

  • Shipping fees are not refunded.

  • Upon receipt of the return, credit will be issued in the form of original payment.

  • We advise that you return items via insured mail. Credit is only issued for items we receive in original condition.
